At Glasshouse Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your scent experience, we offer returns or exchanges on products in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our official online store within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
